With a 16 and an 18 year old summer meal planning just isn't worth it! But with only 3 weeks to go till school starts, I thought it was time to "sort of" plan some meals. I've planned 3 meals for this week and have some "options" in mind for other nights when I'm alone or their are only two of us.

Penne Pasta with sun-dried tomato cream sauce
Chinese Beef & Broccoli
Turkey Meatball Gyros w/Pita Bread & Yogurt sauce, fresh spinach
[Note: I will make the sauce with FRESH garlic]
Garlic & Herb Turkey Burgers
Sweet Potato Oven Fries (toss with olive oil & cayenne pepper)
