I usually make these tacos: ground beef, homemade taco seasoning [I use HALF the salt & make it sea salt], Rotel, cilantro--lots of cilantro! But yesterday I tried a recipe from Just Tacos--1lb Chorizo sausage, 2 potatoes in 1/2 dice cooked just "enough", then top with lime/garlic-FREE (yes, I said no garlic, no lime) Guacamole and same type Fresh tomato salsa (all recipes are in the book) and you have a darned good taco!! Looking forward to trying many more from this cookbook!

Tacos...yummy!
Looks like a delicious week!
Happy MPM and have a wonderful week.
Hmmm .... your turkey in the crockpot sounds a lot like the grilled chicken with veggies I'm making today. Maybe I'll try it in the crockpot to avoid heating up the oven ... Those tacos look delicious!
